mood & movement yoga - ages 2.5 through gr. 1

  • Yoga
Connection, physical activity, and mindfulness are important pieces of the parenting journey. Parenting is a challenge at any stage and forming connections with other parents along the way is a great support. Research tells us that movement and physical activity play a vital role in a child’s brain development. In adults, movement can have a profound impact on mental health and well being. This class will give parents/caregivers time for themselves learning yoga while their children have time to run, jump, and play. A healthy snack will be provided to take home after each class. Each adult registered will receive a gratitude journal to keep.
