Bring on the Holiday Season!

We are closely approaching the completion of our third full month of classes; it's hard to believe we’re a third of the way through the school year.  Even though we are still navigating some difficult days and uncertain times, there is much to be thankful for.  The holiday season is almost upon us and I hope we can all take time to reflect upon and remember what we are most grateful for.  In our schools, there are students, staff, programs, and activities doing amazing things.  Students are winning awards and receiving recognition for their hard work as well as very talented staff who are dedicated to high levels of achievement.

The success of our many activities is definitely something to be proud of.  So much time, effort, and dedication go into performing multiple shows of a fall musical, participating in section, state, and national tournaments, hosting programs, and on goes the list.  Groups, teams, friends, and families should be celebrated each day, and so I would ask each of you to take some time and think about what is most meaningful to you.  We all have challenges but let us not dwell on them but rather remember to celebrate the good times.  Take time this holiday season to be with your family, friends, and loved ones.  Do what brings you joy and remember your “why”.
