    Fundraising Opportunities

    Please help us raise additional funds for our schools! Below is a list of ways you can help by saving or recycling items you either purchased or no longer use.

    Box Tops Look for products with BOX TOPS for Education coupon. Each coupon is worth $$$! Please check the expiration date and trim the coupon. Sometimes we will have a special event for the program. The students enjoy collecting for a special goal. BOX TOPS have gone digital - please see the link below!
    Food Club/Cash Wise Labels for learning is an easy rewards program. There is a separate printing attached to your receipt with the points for redemption. Please clip this, check the expiration date, and send into school with your student. (If you would like to collect for a while, count the points and then tally and send that to us--yea!) We need to send in the points in bundles of 2,500.
    Casey's Rewards With Casey’s Rewards, you can earn points on everyday Casey’s purchases – in-store, online or at the pump. Turn those points in to donations to our school! See full terms and conditions at caseys.com.

    Meet our principal

      Hello!  My name is Ryan Weinandt, and I am proud to be the principal at Dassel Elementary, "The Home of Kids Who Care." 
      I look forward to partnering with our families, community, and staff as we work together to provide the best educational experience for our students.  I previously taught second grade at Cokato Elementary and was the DC Middle School Dean of Students. 
      I love this community and am happy to call Dassel home.  I enjoy visiting national parks, outdoor activities, and playing/coaching sports.  Please let me know if there is anything that our staff or I can do to support our student's educational journey at Dassel Elementary.
