The Dassel-Cokato Community Education program is dedicated to student success by providing a variety of quality year-round programs in safe, accessible environments to enhance the positive growth of our youth. Athletics, enrichment classes and academic opportunities are designed specifically to meet the developmental needs of our elementary, middle & high school students.
Programming includes a wide variety of classes, camps and clinics to enhance your child’s academic and social experiences while away from school:
- Arts and crafts
- Language, performing arts, music instruction
- Athletics, sports and recreation
- Aquatics and open swim
- Special events & trips
Adult Enrichment and Recreational Programming
One of the most crucial things you can do to ensure a lifetime of good living is to keep your mind active and engaged. We are pleased to offer a wide variety of classes and activities that are educational, entertaining and enriching. Attend a variety of adult classes and activities through Dassel-Cokato Community Education!
We offer interesting and affordable adult classes in a safe and comfortable environment, and our instructors have a genuine desire to share their knowledge with you. Classes are offered on weekday evenings and some weekends at the high school/middle school complex, one of our two elementary schools or another off-site location in our community.
Classes and activity schedules range from single sessions to several weeks. Prices vary depending upon the type of class and number of weeks the class is scheduled to meet.

ABE/ ESL/ GED
Adult Basic Education, English as a Second Language and GED preparation. All are classes designed to help learners in the areas of reading, writing, math, communication skills and furthering your educational goals.
Experienced teachers will work with you one on one to create a plan that works for you to succeed. All programs are individualized and you proceed to the next level whenever you are ready.
