DCTV and Foods of the World team up during distance learning.

  • Ms. Danielson's been inviting staff "guest chefs" to help her cook during distance learning. "The show is for my students to use as a resource to review the weekly topic for distance learning. This first show was about culture and cookies! We made two different types of cookies and shared some ways our families celebrate this holiday season. We all know food is part of celebrations so seeing how families celebrate helps students understand diversity and cultural differences even in our small towns in Minnesota."

The students doing the recording and editing of the video are students who are in DCTV/Charger Gameday and are doing this project for an independent study class with Mr. Johnson this trimester. The group of students is also making safety videos for Derek Levno and his shop classes.
